whats happening?
Code 1 means flying. It is by far the most common code to false trigger. You probably either:
1.stayed on the ladder (possibly on the very edge of it) for too long.
2.got stuck somewhere, unable to move or jump.
3.were sliding on the edge of a roof on Arch map (or similar on other maps) for too long.
